These terms govern participation in the MARTI RIKINA Rewards Program (“Program”). By joining or using Program benefits, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and enrollment
The Program is available to individual customers who are at least 18 years old and maintain a MARTI RIKINA customer account. Membership is free, limited to one account per person, and intended for personal, non-commercial use.
Earning and redeeming rewards
Current earning rates, eligible activities, available rewards, redemption requirements, and expiration information are shown in your Rewards account or on the Rewards page. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and cannot be combined across accounts. Taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, discounts, and other exclusions may not qualify unless expressly stated.
Returns and adjustments
Points or rewards earned from a purchase may be reversed when an order is returned, refunded, canceled, charged back, or determined to be ineligible. If a redeemed reward is connected to a returned purchase, its value may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
Account integrity
We may review, suspend, or terminate an account and cancel points or rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, resale activity, manipulation, or violation of these terms. Program activity may be corrected when an error occurs.
Changes or termination
We may modify, pause, or end the Program, rewards, or these terms. Where required by law, material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Limitation and governing law
The Program is provided subject to applicable law and availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MARTI RIKINA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from Program participation. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
